MOTHER'S DAY HANDMADE CARD IDEA - HOW TO MAKE IT

February 23, 2018

Hello and welcome to MyPaperCraft blog.
Today I would like to share with you Mother's Day card idea, which I made using You're Inspiring stamp set fro Stampin' Up!
PAPER:
- CARD BASE - Real Red / Old Olive A4 Cardstock cut in half 5-7/8'' x 8-1/4'' (15 x 21cm) score and fold in half.
- FIRST LAYER - Real Red / Old Olive Cardstock measure 3'' x 5'' (7,5 x 13cm)
- SECOND LAYER - Very Vanilla Cardstock measure 2-7/8'' x 4-7/8'' (7,2 x 12,7cm)
- SIDE STRIP - Pumpkin Pie Cardstock measure 3/8'' x 5-7/8'' (1 x 15cm)
I used there Crushed Curry Mini Chevron Ribbon and Linen Thread as well as Lace Trim for the edge of the card. The sentiment I stamp used Basic Black Stampin' Pad.
For  the stamping I used the You're Inspiring Stamp Set and Sponge Dubbers - on the Old Olive card base I stamp using Daffodil Delight and Old Olive but I was thinking I was too light so on the Real Red card base I used Crushed Curry and Old Olive, then using Watercolour Pencils I quickly colour the Daffodils
Rapid the edge of the card diagonally I gave to the card more interest. I used Stampin' Dimensionals to stick the first as well as also the second layer.
