SATMPIN' UP! BOLD BUTTERFLY WATERCOLOUR TECHNIQUE USING WATERCOLOR PENCILS

March 27, 2017

Hello and welcome to my blog.
Today I would like to show you how easy can be watercolour technique using Watercolor Pencils by Stampin' Up!
PAPER:
CARD BASEBasic Black A4 Cardstock cut in half 5-7/8'' x 8-1/2'' (14,9 x 21cm) score and fold in half
- LAYER- Watercolor Paper 3-7/8'' x 5-5/8'' (9,8 x 14,2cm)
- Strip of Basic Black Cardstock measure approx 1/2'' x 3'' (1,3 x 7,6 cm)
Take the Watercolor piece of paper and the Watercolour Pencils (I used: Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Melon Mambo) and colour the Watercolour Paper in three squares big enough to stamp the Watercolor Butterfly Stamp image on each colour. Using the Aqua Painter brush all over the three colours from the top to the bottom with not pulling your hand off the paper to blend the colours together. Die cut three butterflies using the Bold Butterfly Framelits Dies ( for the best result use the Precision Base Plate) and adhere the butterflies using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Stamp the sentiment on a Basic Black piece of Cardstock using VersaMark Pad and White Stampin' Emboss Powder. Adhere the sentiment using Stampin' Dimensionals.
